John: an experienced Mason:
Starting in Montreal more than twenty-five years ago, we've learned both the theory and practice of masonry. We've worked with a wide range of masonry materials and situations.
In the wintry off-season from masonry we've learned about the rest of a home's construction and alot of the Building code, a complementary education that better serves our clients.
Indeed there have been advances in masonry since John first joined an older mason to learn the trade. Reading books about older homes and methods, the latest textbooks and articles in the field's Canadian and American publications, annual supplier seminars, Merkley U., and relationships with peers, suppliers and building code officials, help John keep up-to-date.
Please call upon us. We'll use the right materials properly, keep the area clean, approach it safely, and aim to meet or exceed your expectations.
John has also done alot of volunteer work in Ottawa, appreciating that many people need help due to circumstances beyond their control. He's also taking Advanced First Aid with the Canadian Ski Patrol.
In advance, thank you for the opportunity to become your mason!
